I provide individual psychotherapy for adult clients and specialize in providing treatment for anxiety, including anxiety disorders--e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, etc.; depression; anger; and stress-related difficulties. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioural framework, which is a skills-based approach aimed at helping people learn strategies to better manage their mental health.

I also provide psychodiagnostic assessments. These assessments are comprehensive and typically involve a clinical interview and psychological testing. Depending on the nature and complexity of the mental health issues, assessments typically take take 6-12 hours (this includes the clinical interview; psychological testing, scoring, and interpretation; report write-up; and feedback session). If you have questions about psychodiagnostic assessment, feel free to contact me; I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

I charge $235/1-hour session. This is the recommended rate set by the BCPA (British Columbia Psychological Association). For each session, we will meet for 50 minutes; the last 10 minutes are reserved for scheduling, writing my clinical note, etc.

Fees are paid directly to me at the end of each session. If you have benefits that cover psychological services, please note I do not direct bill to third parties (e.g., insurance companies), and clients are responsible for seeking reimbursement through their insurance provider. I accept payment via interac e-transfer or major credit card--i.e., Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

NOTE: Services provided by licensed/registered psychologists are often reimbursable and tax-deductible through extended health care plans; please check with your insurance provider.
