SERVICES & FEES
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
I provide individual psychotherapy for adult clients and specialize in providing treatment for anxiety, including anxiety disorders--e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, etc.; depression; anger; and stress-related difficulties. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioural framework, which is a skills-based approach aimed at helping people learn strategies to better manage their mental health.
PSYCHODIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT
I also provide psychodiagnostic assessments. These assessments are comprehensive and typically involve a clinical interview and psychological testing. Depending on the nature and complexity of the mental health issues, assessments typically take take 6-12 hours (this includes the clinical interview; psychological testing, scoring, and interpretation; report write-up; and feedback session). If you have questions about psychodiagnostic assessment, feel free to contact me; I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
